We are seeking a passionate and innovative Sales trainer
Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for
designing, developing, and implementing impactful learning and
development programs that align with our organizational goals and
employee needs. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of
continuous learning and development, equipping our employees with the
skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and
learning opportunities across the organization.
● Design and develop engaging and effective learning programs,
utilizing a variety of delivery methods (e.g., in-person workshops,
online courses, mentorship programs, coaching).
● Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and
relevance of learning content.
● Manage and deliver training programs, including facilitating
workshops, coaching sessions, and mentoring activities.
● Develop and implement a comprehensive learning management
system (LMS) to track and manage learning activities.
● Partner with business leaders to ensure that learning programs align
with departmental and organizational goals.
● Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make
recommendations for improvement.
● Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and best practices in learning
and development.
● Manage the learning and development budget effectively.
