Emversity is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Master Trainer for Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) and Operating Theatre Technology (OTT) programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training, grooming, and personality development of OTT and MLT facilitators, ensuring the highest quality in academic delivery and curriculum development.
Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Academic Delivery and Curriculum Development:
Conduct teaching and assessments for MLT and OTT programs.
Prepare course curriculum and framework.
Research and organise sources and information.
Keep up to date with changes and developments in the structure of the curriculum.
Training Program Management:
Conduct Training of Trainers (TOT) programs for facilitators/trainers.
Continuously monitor the quality of training delivered by facilitators/trainers.
Evaluate available training plans and develop training schedules for the team.
Technical Knowledge and Collaboration:
Possess sound technical knowledge and advanced techniques.
Collaborate with designers and developers to align written content.
Presentation and Communication:
Demonstrate exceptional presentation skills.
Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience and Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
For Medical Laboratory Technology:
Master's in relevant discipline (M.Sc. in MLT or PhD in Medical Biochemistry/Medical Microbiology).
Teaching experience of at least 5 years.
For Operating Theatre Technology:
Master's in relevant discipline (M.Sc. in OTT or M.Sc./B.Sc. Nursing or MBBS, MS).
Teaching experience of at least 5 years in OTT.
Continuous Improvement:
Actively participate in the continuous improvement of training programs.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Master's in relevant discipline for the respective field.
Demonstrated teaching experience and expertise.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Proven ability to manage and improve training programs.
